EULA – End User License Agreement

This End User License Agreement (“EULA”) is a legal agreement between you (“User”) and Kriazone, governing the use of content, services, digital products, and licensed materials provided through Kriazone’s website.

1. License Grant

Kriazone grants the User a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the materials and services solely for authorized personal or commercial purposes.

2. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, designs, texts, images, videos, and digital materials are the property of Kriazone or its licensors, protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

3. Restrictions

The User may not:

• Reproduce, distribute, or modify materials without prior authorization;

• Use the services for unlawful or unauthorized purposes;

• Share access to protected content with third parties without permission.

4. Limitation of Liability

Kriazone shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages arising from the use of its services or content, including technical failures, data loss, or service interruptions.

5. Termination

Kriazone may suspend or terminate the User’s access to services in case of breach of this EULA, without prior notice.

6. General Provisions

This EULA shall be governed by the laws of Brazil. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of São Paulo, SP.
